We collect the information you provide when creating an account (email address, name), the conversation data you enter into the app (who you're speaking with, your goals, fears), and your Communication DNA profile answers. We also collect standard usage data such as pages visited and features used.
Your conversation data is used solely to generate AI-powered scripts, simulations, and coaching feedback for you. We aggregate anonymised data (with no personally identifiable information) to improve our AI models and show aggregate success rates on our platform. We never sell your data to third parties.
Your conversation data is stored securely in our database and is only accessible by you. We do not read your individual conversations. Our AI models do not train on your personal conversation data. Your Communication DNA profile and history are private to your account.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant database provider. Authentication is handled by Clerk, which is SOC 2 Type II certified. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by using the Contact page. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
