All purchases made on WinConvo are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any subscription plans, whether monthly or annual.
WinConvo provides immediate access to AI-powered coaching, script generation, and roleplay features upon payment. Because the service is delivered digitally and instantly, and because usage begins immediately upon subscription, we are unable to offer refunds once payment has been processed.
We strongly encourage you to try our free tier (3 scripts per month, no credit card required) before upgrading to a paid plan. This allows you to fully evaluate the product before committing to a paid subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
In the rare case of a technical error that prevented you from accessing the service entirely, please contact us via the Contact page within 7 days and we will review your case individually. This is at our sole discretion and does not constitute a general refund policy.
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us via the Contact page before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in permanent account suspension.
