The conversations you describe, the scripts you generate, and the situations you share are processed by AI and stored in your private account. No human at WinConvo reads your conversations. Ever.
Your specific conversations, goals, fears, and DNA profile are never used to train AI models — ours or anyone else's. Groq (our AI provider) does not retain your data for training purposes. What you share stays private.
WinConvo makes money through subscriptions — not data. We have no advertising partners. We have no data brokers. We will never monetise your personal information.
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Authentication is handled by Clerk (SOC 2 Type II certified). Your database is hosted on Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant provider.
The only data we analyse at a population level is completely anonymised — stripped of all identifying information. This is used to show aggregate success rates. No individual is ever identifiable.
Contact us through the Contact page and we will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. No questions asked.
